FAQ

About Coevo

  • We are a collection of individuals driven to find practical solutions to renewable energy supply needs. Engineers, economists, and business development specialists with the shared goal of continual progress through innovation.

  • Our supply chain, design, and manufacturing are all sourced through United States companies. We are remotely founded and operating company with staff spanning many states and time zones.

  • Coevo was founded on the belief in taking a more practical approach to clean energy technologies and the belief that producing scalable efficient clean energy technology enables the ability to deliver the tools of progress.

  • Coevo’s clean energy technologies are set apart by their practicality, scalability, efficiency, and highly reduced energy production impacts. Each of our proprietary novel technologies have been designed and manufactured by kinetic energy experts for optimal mechanical system efficiency standards.

  • If you know which technology is the best fit for you, please fill out an pre-order or inquiry form linked from that systems page.

If not, hit the Contact button to the right and we will connect you with one of our expert representatives as quickly as possible to set up a consultation.

  • Depending on order type, all Coevo Technology Installations can be customized, delivered, fully installed, and operational within 6-9 months.

About Noria

  • Noria Systems will be installed in the mechanical area of your residence, similar where to a water softener would be installed. It must be within the home to prevent freezing and should be the first connection after your water meter before any pipes branch to faucets or other appliances.

  • Noria Home Systems operating at full capacity (10%) can generate up to 10,512 kWh per year.

Noria Pro Systems operating at full capacity (60%) can generate up to 63,072 kWh per year.

  • These systems are 100% safe. They are essentially a modern-day water wheel. All the moving components are contained within the chassis and the electrical systems meet or exceed current building standards as well as commercial machinery standards.

  • Grid-tie Inverts will be needed to supply electricity generated back to the grid, reducing your overall electrical cost. We also recommend installing charge controllers and battery storage systems to maximize your generation efficiency as well as giving a back up electrical source for your residence.

  • No, all materials that come in contact with water are made from materials which are bio-inert and have been tested for biocompatibility. These materials are certified by NSF (National Sanitation Foundation)

  • Slightly. But not enough to change the operation or for any user to notice. Our systems are designed to minimally reduce line pressure in the system. For our systems, they typically will only reduce line pressure by less than 2%. Since most water systems operate on a +/-30% pressure curve, this should have no effect on any systems and will not be noticeable by end users.

  • No. Since the water contact portion of the system is passive (just a water wheel spinning as water passes through pipe), it has no more effect on any appliance than a valve or accumulator in the system.

  • No. No portion of our system in contact with water will generate any amount of heat.

  • Noria systems will require regular maintenance of small components. The internal systems will need to be replaced on a schedule which is included in the installation manual and may vary per application depending on site variables such as water quality and overall usage. Since all the components are replaceable, the system can be rebuilt rather than replaced. This also allows the system to be upgraded as technology improves, therefore extending the life of the system and minimizing the cost of ownership.

  • Noria systems will continually produce clean energy passively, meaning a consistent power offset of up to 100% of your home energy usage.

  • No. Since systems are installed in-line, it is only operational during existing water-use periods and does not use any additional water.

  • Yes. This is achieved using a grid-tie inverter system coupled with a frequency matching unit through a net meter. The grid-tie inverter converts the DC electricity we generate to AC electricity, the frequency matching unit adjusts the frequency to match the grid, and the net meter is an electric meter that is allowed to run backwards when being fed electricity.

  • Yes. Noria Systems connect to battery storage through a charge controller. This is a standard piece of equipment in solar, wind, and all renewable energy models. The charge controller takes in the electricity produced by the unit and manages the battery charging while preventing back flow of energy to the system.

  • Depending on water usage and tax incentives captured, Noria Systems can pay themselves off in as little as 1 - 2 years.
